The People You Meet While Out Walking

The Band...
Late afternoon on Sunday I decided to take a bit of a walk at a near by botanical gardens.  It is usually pretty deserted and I expected it to be so as it was after 4 when I arrived and the sun was already low in the sky.  But this was not the case.  Literally there were scores of people still there, milling about.  About 40 minutes into my walk, I met four young men who were trying to take a group photograph using a very small camera on a tripod.  I watched for a bit and then volunteered to take their photograph after they explained that they were a band and they were trying to get an image for an album.

So I shot images of them while talking.  They never did explain what type of music they made.

I sent the images to them for their use and made the brief slideshow. It always amazes me the people I meet while out walking. A privilege to make images.
